The Park Service Appalachian Trail page

I probably should have made this a link a long time ago, but this page has a ton of information about the trail from the National Park Service. It's on this page that you can find out the AT is officially a National Scenic Trail, and there's a great map of the whole AT. The map shows all the national parks,

national forests, state parks and other conservation areas that have been sort of stitched together to establish the trail.
