I won't bother complaining about how tough the trail has been in western Maine or how much my knees hurt, I'll just point out that, whatever else happens, I have walked from Georgia to Maine! A couple of ski mountains left to do, the Hundred Mile Wilderness, and, oh yeah, Katahdin its own self...should be quick and painless...right!
Rick, Great Job! you are on the Home stretch, figuativelt AND Literally. Is it my imagination, or is this the twistiest part of the trail? Good luck!
