It rained all day yesterday as I walked across the Cumberland Valley. It didn't rain all that hard and it wasn't cold, so it wasn't really a problem, but it was a little tedious. The long grass in the huge fields that the trail crosses was the worst bit; it didn't take long for the socks to get wet which wicked down into the boots...my feet were soaked at the end of the day!
